Based on the comments and questions at the meeting about the tax exemptions and how Belmont 1 compares. Here’s a document I just stumbled upon that Ryan provided us last year at this time. As you can see, Belmont 1’s $30k exemption is very high comparatively. Since that time I believe Belmont 2 came up to match ours. I believe it was raised to the $30k level in 2022.IMG_3669.jpeg
