SafeBuilt invoice

I have not escalated this back to Clay yet. But I noticed the SafeBuilt invoice in our packet has a few New Townhome inspections in there. Addresses won’t map yet. Is SafeBuilt providing inaccurate descriptions for what should be New Single Family units? Or do these belong with Belmont 2?

Hopefully Clay was able to get SafeBuilt to attend our meeting. After one response Lee, our point of contact, failed to reply to my requests for details about that pool situation I’d described as well as my efforts to understand SafeBuilt’s processes to help us determine oversight needs. So I’d ask that he ask Lee to come and answer questions in person.

I did send a question to Debra and Clay on this. One of the invoices is the one we didn't pay in June because the majority of the addresses are not in our district. I'm not sure why the same invoice was resubmitted at the end of the year. I plan to ask to void that safe built check and figure out how we can get an accurate invoice.

As a follow up from our March meeting, the team at SafeBuilt went back through the invoices that we had questions on. They are adjusting the credit memo for one typo of $600, but then we should be squared away.
